Return and Refund Policy

You can return/exchange unused or defective products up to 30 days from the order date. Proof of Purchase will be required if we cannot verify your order information.  Unless the product is incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for return shipment costs.

Return/exchange requests must be approved by our support team before initiating a return shipment. Please email contact@alpinetechco.com to get your return approved. This process allows us to provide instructions and a proper return address in order to avoid unnecessary fees.

All returned/exchanged items must include the following:

  1. Original packaging (including original box, Styrofoam, bubble wrap, plastic bags, etc.)

  2. Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

  3. Original packing slip.

  4. All accessories, including cords, carrying cases, transformers, remote controls, batteries, assembly tools, etc.

  5. All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, registration information, and other documentation.

Defective merchandise: (Must have return authorization): If you receive an item that is considered defective by the manufacturer, within 30 days of the date the merchandise was shipped we will exchange the defective unit for a replacement unit, or issue a refund upon return of the defective unit.

Non-defective merchandise: (Must have return authorization): If you decide to return/exchange an item that is not defective within 30 days of the date the merchandise was shipped, we will process the request, apply the return costs and restocking fee, and once merchandise is returned, we'll provide a refund for a non-defective item. Non-defective items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 30% of the purchase price and you are responsible for all original and return shipping expenses.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.


Delayed Refunds: If more than 7 business days have passed since the approval of your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@alpinetechco.com , and we will investigate the matter promptly.
